Paul, who joined the firm in 1999, is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland. In 2014, Paul was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and has also served as an elected official of the Greencastle Borough Council. He served a one-year appointment to the U.S. Department of State as a member of a Provincial Reconstruction Team in Iraq and he has been an invited participant at the Strategic Implementation Seminar at the US Army War College. Paul, his wife Lucy, and their six children live in Greencastle.
