Jens is a fifth-generation Pennsylvanian and a long-time resident of Franklin County. He represents clients throughout South Central Pennsylvania in State and Federal Court. Previously, Jens was associated with Arnoult Law Office, LLC, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, where he maintained a general practice. In addition, he worked as a Compliance Analyst with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the premier self-regulatory organization for the securities brokerage industry. At FINRA, he coordinated mass transfers for the largest broker-dealer mergers in the history of the world.

Prior to law school, Jens served as a pre-law intern for the District Attorney of Clarion County, Pennsylvania. While attending law school, he served as a contractor for the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing to perform field studies on the efficacy of Pennsylvania's mandatory minimum sentencing laws. Furthermore, he worked as a research assistant for a prominent business law professor, for whom he conducted research to edit and update a volume of Matthew Bender's Hornbook on the law of corporate control.
