Jim handles all types of litigation, including contract and business disputes, personal injury cases, and estate disputes. He is also experienced in alternative methods of resolution, such as arbitration and mediation. Jim has successfully handled multi-million dollar cases and tried various high-profile cases. In addition to his work for the firm, Jim also serves as the Divorce Hearing Officer and Support Hearing Officer for Franklin and Fulton Counties, and he serves as the Solicitor for Fulton County. For the last 22 years, he has been practicing law in Waynesboro, where he resides with his wife Amy and their two sons.
